Yes, healthcare and medical notary requests are common for us. We offer mobile notary services at local hospitals, nursing homes and other health care settings. Please call directly to schedule your on-site notarization at a local healthcare facility.
Note that a scheduled notarization will be cancelled and/or rescheduled if the signer is mentally unsound, medicated, confused, generally unaware or improperly influenced by family, friends, visitors or by any other third party.
There is a two-point identification process which incorporates knowledge-based identification OR biometrics scanning with live credential evaluation. Biometric forensic analysis performs facial scans in tandem with ID scanning. Knowledge-based identification (KBA) uses a series of 5 personal questions to verify the signer's identity, and credential verification uses visual and electronic analysis of the signer's physical ID to confirm their identity.
No. With remote online notarization (RON), the signer personally appears before the notary at the time of the notarization using audio-visual technology over the internet. With eNotarization, the signer physically appears before the notary. After ID verification, documents are then notarized in electronic form and the signer signs electronically.
