Administrative Health Partners (“AHP,” “we,” “us”) provides non-clinical administrative services. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services

AHP offers practice assessments, third-party billing and back-office administrative support, as outlined in a separate service agreement or written confirmation. Services are administrative only and do not include legal, medical, or clinical decision-making.

HIPAA & Confidentiality

Where applicable, services involving protected health information are governed by a separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable law.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for maintaining proper licensure, credentialing, documentation, compliance with applicable laws, and the accuracy of all information provided to AHP.

Independent Contractor

AHP operates as an independent contractor and does not act as the Client’s employee.

Service Guarantee 

AHP offers guarantee of clean claim submissions, timely follow-ups on underpaid claims and strict adherence to HIPAA and compliance standards. AHP does not guarantee reimbursement, claim acceptance, payment amounts, or financial outcomes. Payer determinations are outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AHP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid to AHP in the three (3) months preceding any claim.

User Accounts

AHP may remove or modify any user accounts created at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for user accounts to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at AHP's discretion. AHP may also terminate your access to all or any part of the user account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Payment Terms

Fees, payment schedules, and minimum service requirements are defined in the applicable services agreement. Nonpayment may result in service suspension or termination.

Modifications

AHP may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of this website or services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for a user account, use our services or the website. Use of the user account, services or website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
